The C&B and HRIS Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and providing technical support to both HR and other departments.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in C&B including HRIS administration, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for all compensation and benefits issues- across the board
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive within the industry and region
Design and manage the organization's salary structure, including base pay, bonuses, and equity
Conduct regular salary reviews to assess alignment with market trends, internal equity, and performance
HRIS Administration
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including data entry, updates, and system maintenance.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS by conducting regular audits and data cleansing activities.
Collaborate with IT and software vendors to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other HR and business applications.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS to support HR and business decision-making.
Analyze HR data trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations based on data insights.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
+2 years of experience as a C&B analyst
Proven experience working with HRIS systems, with a deep understanding of HR processes and data management. Bob preferred
Expert in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications in general. Proficiency in other Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be a plus.
Data-driven and highly analytical
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
