This role's main responsibilities are planning and creating multi-channel online marketing campaigns that build brand trust, loyalty, engagement, and profitability. Your role: Creating long & short terms marketing plans for international market. Creating briefs that describe the marketing activity and goals. Collaborating with CTV, GMS, and CRM teams to: Optimize ACQ efforts, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. Be the main point of contact for all Gaming-related processes implementation for international market.
* Developing & managing both mass market and segmented marketing campaigns for existing players, while utilizing various channels & marketing tools
* Spearheading innovative marketing projects from ideation to execution that deepen players engagement, loyalty, and brand satisfaction.
* Boosting retention and increasing player lifetime value & profitability
* Collaborating with designers, copywriters, HTML & web developers, and operational services to create compelling campaigns and messaging.
* Working with numerous interfaces and platforms across several markets to create promotions and localize communications.
* Analyzing marketing campaigns, monitoring KPI results and optimizing communications. Deep understanding of promotions details: bonus, terms, compliance guidelines. In charge of creating different offers to different players according to customer lifecycle: acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation Ensure that the brand messaging is local and consistent across all product touchpoints. Collaborate with the Product Marketing manager to introduce new features to enhance CX and differentiate the brand from competitors. Ensure that the product offering remains competitive and relevant. Analyze competitors' product offerings, promotions, and marketing strategies to inform product development and brand marketing Work with the Customer Service team to ensure inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally. Monitor customer feedback and adjust offering accordingly to improve customer satisfaction.

* Experience collaborating across multiple departments to execute projects including operational teams, web developers, and creative teams.
* Extensive experience working with multiple systems and platforms.
* Analytical skills and familiarity with Excel.
* Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasker and detail-oriented.
* Bachelors degree.
* Excellent English – written and spoken.
* A strong drive for success and sense of ownership. You have a major advantage if
