We are looking for a buyer to join our global procurement department. The Buyer will manage our business engagements with various providers in the OEM, indirect licensees, and cloud procurement domain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Manage sourcing projects to completion- from initiation through the bidding process, RFP, supplier selection activities, negotiation, and contracting.
o Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across the supply base.
o Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
o Work with our various teams on their requirements and long-term needs.
o Collaborate with finance, HR, and Legal to continuously improve our engagements (Pricing, Quality, etc).
o As part of the procurement team, support various procurement tasks and projects.
o Order management- Review relevant internal requests, issue Purchase orders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field: Economics /Business administration/Law
+3 years of Experience in Procurement in High Tech companies – advantage.
Experience in SW OEM, indirect licensees, cloud, and services agreements advantage.
Strong negotiation skills.
Outstanding service orientation.
High level of English, spoken and written.
ERP Oracle experience advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills must be able to communicate effectively with partners, internal customers and vendors across different countries and cultures.
Good presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, assertiveness, and multitasking capability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
