We are searching for a dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our Operations team. This role requires regular oversight of our day-to-day business operations, including continuous improvement of systems and processes through SaaS ownership, reporting, analytics, and projects.
This role offers a great degree of autonomy, as well as an opportunity to identify and present innovative solutions across different departments making it a great fit for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. It will also require cross-collaboration with almost every team across the organization, so strong communication, task-management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are a must.
HubSpot Management: Owning the day-to day operations of the platform, continuously improving the usage of the platform through projects and innovation, data hygiene monitoring and best practices, and staying up-to-date on HubSpot capabilities
SaaS Ownership: Staying up-to-date on product capabilities, exploring new platforms and refining our SaaS map, furthering integrations with existing/new tools, training, audits, onboarding, and best practices
Project Management: Generating or receiving project requests from business teams, working with our BI/IT/Product teams on the best combination of products to achieve project goals, and owning adoption and success
Documentation: Keeping meticulous records of processes, guides and information for all teams up-to-date within our internal wiki

Previous experience with profound knowledge of HubSpot
Experience working with raw data & data visualization platforms
2+ years experience in data analytics & insights
Advanced level of English
