The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating processes, and providing exceptional analysis and insights to the executive team.
Design and streamline manual processes, with a variety of tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Hubspot
On-going system support of CRM (Salesforce), building reports and dashboards in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
Design features and build solutions on the BI tool (Tableau) for internal stakeholders
Build work flows and new processes as well as new features for business needs.
Be the data & analytics lead in various projects delivering them with exceptional excellence and work closely with different teams across the company: Delivery, Project Management, Finance, Sales, Marketing
Flexibility: you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment that will require you to manage competing priorities, pivot quickly and often, and communicate progress to your team members. Youre excited to take on big ambiguous problems that havent been tackled before
Training for users on new processes, new features, and onboarding of new employees on the systems
2-3 years of experience in analytic role
Experience with Excel / Tableau / Salesforce / analytics roles / Business operations
Bachelors degree in finance / information systems engineering / industrial engineering and management or Information Systems.
Fully comfortable with interacting and learning new systems, and tools with a passion for data with attention to the smallest details
Strong ability to translate complex business needs into organized, clear, and concise business requirements as well as find solutions to complex challenges
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to interact with resources from technical and non-technical teams
Fast learner
Good English verbal and written
