Were looking for a Business Development Manager to adapt and further develop the current business development playbook, and maximize our inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
How youll shape the future of B2B sales:
Hire, train, and lead a highly-effective business development team, inspiring ownership and accountability
Develop the GTM strategy including how we target customers, prioritize efforts and resource to maximize account penetration for both Mid-Market and Enterprise
Build out and refine repeatable processes for outreach to close business in a freemium SaaS sales motion
Lead a team of roughly 7 Business Development Representatives
Collaborate with Sales Operations to define KPIs, measure the business accurately, and create motivating comp plans
Work alongside GTM to build alignment between processes
Maximize effectiveness of the team, leading a coaching-first environment utilizing sales tools including Salesloft, Gong, and Salesforce among others

2+ years of international SaaS Business Development leadership experience
2+ years of international SaaS Business Development experience as an IC
Strong executive presence, with comfort presenting to senior leadership
High integrity leader with the ability to motivate
Globally-minded with the ability to communicate and relate with people across the globe
Self-starter, results-oriented, process-oriented, and entrepreneurial
Analytical approach to solving problems
2+ years of international SaaS Business Development leadership experience
2+ years of international SaaS Business Development experience as an IC
Strong executive presence, with comfort presenting to senior leadership
