We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities and monitoring the ongoing business and sales activity. The ideal candidate will possess strong business, analytical, and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
Reports directly to and works closely with CSO, CEO.
Interface with multidisciplinary teams and varied ongoing projects to monitor and improve their impact on business.
Work to identify, profile, and prioritize strategic partnerships and sales opportunities.
Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels.
Prepare business reports and analyze consumer activity and results.
Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Bachelors degree in business, Economics, or related field (MBA – advantage).
Proficient in data analysis – Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM programs is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business growth.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
