The role will involve answering challenging inquiries for the company's diverse teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) and making sense of data! An essential part of the role requires being consistently curious by data, trying to understand it best and aiding in data-driven solutions across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Analyzing large and at times complex data sets of user engagement and ultimately come up with decisive data-driven understanding that can aid in executing business decisions.
Provide clear recommendations through analytic conclusions that ultimately affect game features, monetization decisions, game economy, etc.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor product performance.
Helping develop reports and analysis.
Plan and analyze effective A/B tests in order to improve business KPIs.
Develop a deep understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Math, Science, Economics or related field.
At least 2 years experience in Business/Data Analytics, preferably in B2C company on large amounts of mobile data.
Very Strong knowledge of SQL!
Working with very large and complex data sets.
Extensive Experience with at least 2 of the following Databases MySQL, PostgeSQL, BiqQuery, SQL Server, Vertica.
Experience building dashboards and KPIs with BI reporting tools.
High attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
Problem solver, passionate about improving things.
