We are looking for a Business Applications Manager to manage our tech stack and make a real impact on our team. In this exciting opportunity you will lead our Business Applications team to improve our recently launched Salesforce org. You will have a direct impact on the integration of Salesforce within the company and assist with various integrations with our product and 3rd party systems.
This position will report to the VP Operations and will require at least 1 day in the Jerusalem office.
What you will be responsible for
Support the organizations needs regarding all business applications to ensure that each team member has the tools they need to do their job successfully, with a high focus on Salesforce
Develop a strong understanding of all current tools being used and their specific implementation in the company
Become an expert in the companys Salesforce implementation and analyze opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with company leadership to understand business needs and ensure that tech stack is reflecting these requirements while maximizing for efficiency
Manage Business Applications team, systematically assessing incoming requests from team members to prioritize and guide team towards execution (while also taking on some of these tasks yourself as needed)
Plan, execute, and oversee applications-related projects
Develop timelines for expected delivery and regularly communicate with stakeholders to set expectations and analyze priorities
Ensure CRM data is clean, identifying needs for new automations or validations to prevent data gaps
Work closely with Data Analyst team to provide guidance on CRM structure to enable accurate reporting
Explore new solutions and present suggested plans and roadmaps to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for integrations and new tool adoption
Update and train relevant team members on new tools implemented and best practices
Create and maintain user documentation for reference
Excellent English and strong Hebrew skills
5+ years experience in Business Applications Manager/Solutions Architect/Salesforce Manager or similar role
3+ years Salesforce-related role
3+ years experience in a SaaS environment in a role/department related to the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, etc.)
Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Jira – big advantage!
Experience in a startup environment
Past experience with the implementation of a full solution/core CRM module or other core system in an organization
