We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analytics Lead to join our team at Plarium.
In this role, you will support various teams, including Plariums management, Finance, Business Development, and Strategy, by providing comprehensive performance reports, advanced financial modeling, and actionable insights. As part of your role, you will lead and mentor analysts to drive data excellence across the organization.
Additionally, you will take ownership of the modeling and automation of management-level models, and manage the analytics side of our CRM platform to enhance player insights and strategic decision-making.

Bachelors in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field-Must
4+ years in business/financial analysis, including 2+ years in leadership-Must
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools-Must
Experience in financial modeling and forecasting-must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights
