Support Senior and Middle Management in evaluating and improving business processes and risks.
Conduct meetings and presentations to discuss ideas and findings.
Perform requirements analysis and document the proposed changes and steps required for implementation.

Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
Strong analytical abilities with experience in generating process documentation and reports.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
Advanced skills in Excel.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
