A key aspect of the role will be a collaboration with the games team in analyzing new games performances and with the marketing team in designing engaging campaigns that can be measured and conducting the pre-campaign analysis and cost estimations.
He\She will be providing valuable insight into customers behavior at different stages of their relationship with the company, making recommendations on relationship strategies for different customer segments, and helping to initiate and implement CRM initiatives that will boost brand and customer loyalty.
What You'll Do:
Analyze the success of games in iGaming sites, including performing benchmarking analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team in the design of engaging campaigns that can be analyzed and conduct pre-campaign analysis.
Deliver customer insights and make recommendations by performing post-campaign analysis.
Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting of KPI.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value.
Provide support for the development of predictive models, customer segmentation studies, and reports.
Understand performance and explain the story behind the numbers, prepare data sets for the analysis by querying multiple data sources.
Define and implement measurement strategies producing meaningful marketing KPIs and reports with actionable insights/actions.
Identify opportunities to improve business/marketing performance Manage Snr. Stakeholder Expectations.
Answer business questions using data and analytic techniques, providing fact-based responses.
Data preparation: define, transform and structure data so that the data is ready for analysis.
Create new measures and dimensions within the data as needed to solve the problem at hand.
Find and implement analytical approaches to decision making optimization.
Demonstrate the value of your analytical outputs in terms of decision-making improvement.
Educate business users and leaders on how to measure performance.
Look for ways of working with the rest of the BI team to fully automate where the same analysis needs to be repeated weekly or periodically.
Exceptional data wrangling skills dealing with complex datasets to combine and automate the analytics workflow
Excellent understanding of KPIs, business processes, and data context
Capable of clarifying business hypotheses and applying the analytical techniques to test them
Capability to interpret data and drive business conclusions
Excellent presentation skills and experience in telling the story behind the numbers.
Intermediate Knowledge of SQL
Expert in A/B testing and relevant statistical knowledge
Experience in PowerBI
Degree in science, economics, mathematics, computer science or statistics
Python, R, or equivalent an advantage
Google Analytics knowledge an advantage
English- fluent speaking and writing capabilities
