The role of Omnichannel Manager/Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective campaigns to customers and stakeholders that ultimately drive an improved customer experience.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all activity is aligned to our One Teva approach, meeting the engagement needs of our customers in a compliant manner. Additionally, they must stay up to date on competitor activity, industry trends and best practices, champion collaborative working and lead the omnichannel planning process to ensure that all campaigns are effective and engaging.
A day in the life of our Omnichannel/Brand Manager…
You will develop and implement an omnichannel engagement plan that supports our priorities and enhances our customer engagement.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute omnichannel customer engagement programs across multiple channels including digital, face to face and virtual.
You will maintain a thorough understanding of relevant principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all activities adhere to the guidelines across all managed marketing activities
You will stay up to date on competitor insight, industry trends and best practices in omnichannel marketing and share knowledge with the wider team.
You will work with data and insight teams to monitor and analyse customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal delivery teams (both in the UK and in Croatia), external agencies and vendors.
You will manage the budget for omnichannel campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
