Position Summary
Key responsibilities:
Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and entering transactions.
Oracle and Priority experience for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in conjunction with Finance leadership.
Assist internal and external Audits with annual audit procedures.
Prepare monthly/quarterly detailed general ledger account reconciliations.
Record invoices, payments, and GL transactions.
Track and troubleshoot payment issues with external vendors.
Ensure that established internal controls are performed and ensure compliance with Tax and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules.
Maintain weekly cash flow.
Responsibility for employee reimbursement.
Be responsible for the salary process, from processing the data to making the payment.
Maintain communication with the companys pension manager and be the link between them and the employees.
4+ years overall business experience preferred.
2+ years of progressive experience in bookkeeping and general accounting, preferably in a multi-national, multi-entity organization.
2+ years of progressive experience in salary controlling.
2+ years of experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP (Oracle, Priority, SAP, etc.).
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formula writing/editing, etc.)
Excellent bi-lingual (English and Hebrew) verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated: must work effectively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
Must effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline- and technologically-driven environment.
