We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team as a maternity leave replacement. This role requires hands-on experience with reconciliations, vendor management, and financial systems within a fast-paced SaaS environment. Responsibilities:
* Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
* Handle credit card reconciliations and expense tracking.
* Manage vendor accounts, including invoice processing and payment execution.
* Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with company policies.
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

* Experience with Mesh credit card system a strong advantage.
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
