to join our growing finance team for a full-time position.
The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.
Responsibilities:
– Bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
– Credit card reconciliations.
– Managing suppliers (invoices, payments, reconciliations)
– Review and record employees reimbursement expenses (including travel
expense reports).
– End of month accounts reconciliations for books closing
– Ongoing reconciliation includes closing entries and cut-off accounts.
– Ad-hoc tasks as required.
– Working closely with the CFO
Requirements:
– Level 2 bookkeeper diploma or equivalent knowledge a must – Type 3 is an
advantage.
– 3+ years bookkeeping experience from a Hi-Tech or multi-national company
Must.
– High-level English (both spoken and written).
– Experience working with Hashavshevet software an advantage.
– Strong Excel skills
– Experience in payroll preparation – an advantage.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Team player and service-oriented
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
