* Perform all activities related to accounts payable, including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors, and credit card reconciliations.
* Manage several bank accounts, including daily reconciliations and monthly controls.
* Record daily financial transactions, including closing entries and cut-off accounts.
* Conduct monthly account reconciliations as well as intercompany transactions.
* Review and record reimbursements for employees’ travel and expense reports.
* Support end-of-month closing and reporting within a tight schedule.
* Oversee and manage all financial data, ensuring alignment with all company platforms.
* Respond to various inquiries from customers and internal teams such as sales, business, accounting, and billing, and process invoices, refund reviews, and account adjustments accordingly.
* Prepare invoices for the US and IL cycles for local and global vendors, and manage invoices.
* Provide reports on specific business activities.
* Report to management regarding discrepancies in expense invoices and any KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) issues.

* At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping (experience in a global high-tech company and multi-currency environment is an advantage).
* Excellent Excel skills (an advantage).
* Experience with cryptocurrencies (a strong advantage).
* Experience with Priority ERP system (Must)
* Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion, and meet commitments while proactively seeking guidance as necessary.
* Ability to learn and develop operational and technical knowledge and skills to perform the role successfully on an ongoing basis within a dynamic work environment.
