Responsibilities:
Responsible for several bank accounts (local and foreign) including daily reconciliation and monthly controls.
Credit card reconciliation.
Handle employee expenses and payroll.
Fixed Assets management.
Reconciliation of important vendors ledgers and payments.
Travel abroad reports and intercompany reconciliations.
Report to all Israeli tax authorities.
Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed.
Work with our global team to resolve and correct intercompany issues and queries.
Prepare monthly reports for the FP&A team using excel and google Sheets tools.
Other Finance-related duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Our Bookkeeper will be an integral part of our Finance team in EMEA. This role is based remotely in Israel.
Qualifications:
Certified Bookkeeper.
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience as well as experience maintaining fixed assets.
Experience with Priority ERP system, Kol-natun and Hisulit softwares.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Excel.
Knowledge of reporting to the Israeli Tax Authorities (VAT, WHT and Social Security).
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience working in global companies.
A high degree of technical savvy and the ability to work with multiple integrated and automated finance tools/processes.
Ability to effectively operate with flexibly and independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious.
Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented and able to zoom in/out from the big picture to the minutiae.
A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work.
