Riverside is looking for a highly motivated and reliable Bookkeeper to join our finance team in TLV to operate the Bookkeeping in the US. In this role, you will work closely with the company’s finance and management teams. We require an individual who is hardworking, has excellent attention to detail, and has a positive working attitude. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets. Manage bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. Responsible for Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, AR aging, and collections. Responsible for Account Payable – processing new vendors, recording invoices, and preparing payments. Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing process. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a bookkeeper in a High Tech company, with a focus on US accounting standards. Familiarity with annual IRS filings such as 1099, etc. Experience with ERP systems – (NetSuite – Must). Knowledge of US Taxation is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment. Very high attention to detail. Analytical thinker (ability to understand and analyze and problem solve for any discrepancies). Curious, service-oriented, and friendly approach with internal and external stakeholders. Accounting experience in Canada is an advantage. Fluent in English.
