* Supports the full life cycle of spatial data: spatial feature design, data quality control, differential expression analysis, biological interpretation of results, and delivery.
* Ensures timely and proper analysis of spatial data generated by digital pathology.
* Maintains or develops new functionality for bioinformatics pipelines to analyze and visualize spatial data.
* Collaborates on a variety of spatial biology projects.

* MSc in bioinformatics/life sciences/biotechnology/related field
* Experience (at least 2 years) in bio-computational research
* Strong interest in working on medical problems and taking a leading part in the field of digital pathology.
* Experience in and a strong affinity for working in cross-team project setups.
* Clinical trials data analysis, genomics, publications – Big advantage
* Background in cancer biology- advantage
* Good organization & communication skills, team player
