:The role consists of
– Responsibility for the company's customers (customer billing, collection and customer service in the field of finance).
– Checking customer details, contracts, data updates.
– Assisting and supporting the finance team and the company's operations department in a variety of tasks.
– Proven ability to review invoices and account payments and demonstrate discretion in resolving discrepancies and cleaning data.
– Support and service members for various financial requests.
– Participation in monthly closing processes
Suitable for those with one year – two years of experience in the world of finance (economist/analyst), those who know how to differentiate between an invoice and a receipt, know how to read bank statements, know how to stick to a schedule and work accurately and quickly.
Full time, 8:00-17:00 / 9:00-18:00
There is a working day from home (Tuesday / Wednesday).
– Bachelor's degree in Economics / Economics – an advantage
At least two years of experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment and dealing with a huge database – a plus.
– Expert Excel skills – mandatory.
– Mastery of the Hebrew and English languages – mandatory.
– Experience working with SAP B1 and Sales Force – an advantage.
