We are seeking a skilled Billing and Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team and lead our billing operations and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, strong organizational skills, and is data -driven. This is a hands-on role in which you will have the opportunity to play a key role in our growth by ensuring that we collect our revenue in a timely and efficient manner while also building, managing and mentoring a team of specialists. This position is based out of our Jerusalem / Tel Aviv offices and reports to the CFO.

What you will be responsible for:

* Lead the accounts receivable and billing processes for customers
* Build and improve on existing finance policies and standards and ensure that transactions comply with these standards
* Oversee the monitoring of daily customer payments in  CRM and billing platform
* Engage with customers to resolve disputes and recover overdue payments
* Develop, implement and undertake collection activities to maintain collection KPIs
* Act as the escalation point of contact for billing inquiries from both customers and internal teams
* Handle and manage internal requests for billing adjustments, account terminations/reactivations, and additional billing services
* Collaborate with internal enterprise customer teams to ensure billing compliance with complex billing requirements and reporting
* Enhance data flows, streamline processes, and ensure accounting accuracy
* Proactively update internal documentation and train colleagues on billing protocols
* Support finance department efficiency by assisting with occasional projects
* Mentor, develop, and manage a team of billing and accounts receivable specialists as billing volume and requirements increase.

The top candidate will also have:

* Familiarity with Zoho, NetSuite, or other financial / invoicing / billing systems.
* Familiarity with CRMs, salesforce is an advantage.
