We are currently seeking an experienced bid Manager to manage bid process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating high-quality proposals that adequately convey our company's solutions and services according to the public and private sector tenders’ requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the bid process, including response to RFPs, RFIs, and quotes to customer.
2. Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering) to gather necessary information and ensure the proposal reflects our company's capabilities.
3. Analyze potential opportunities and customer needs to determine feasibility and alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
4. Develop proposal plans, drafts, and schedules while ensuring all deadlines are met.
5. Assessment of the deal risks and prepare mitigation plan with relevant stakeholders
6. Preparing P&L and ensure appropriate profitability.
7. Present and approve proposal details to senior management
8. Review, edit, and finalize proposal documents to ensure the highest quality, including compliance with tender requirements and alignment with our technical solution and company policies.
9. Conduct post-submission debriefs and incorporate feedback into future proposals.
10. Maintain a comprehensive database of proposals and related documents for future reference.
11. Develop and implement proposal management procedures and best practices.
