We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, database management, and business intelligence tools. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our BI solutions, ensuring that our stakeholders have access to accurate and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Optimize and maintain existing BI solutions to ensure high performance and scalability.
Train end-users on how to use BI tools and interpret data.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the BI space.

3+ years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) – Must
Experience with analytics data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) – Must.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker – Must
Experience with DBT modeling – Advantage
Experience with repository tools such as Github bitbucket – Advantage
Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow – Advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus- Advantage.
