We are seeking a passionate and hands-on BI\Data Engineering Manager to join our Data Department.
The BI\ Data Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of BI developers\Data Engineers to deliver high-quality BI solutions that drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in BI tools and technologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing BI projects.

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Architect, own, and manage our data warehouse, ensuring data quality, integrity, and efficiency.
Develop and initiate advanced ETL process and data models and maintain existing ones
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define data strategies, and deliver clear timelines.
Implement best practices for data integration, transformation, modeling and storage.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a BI Developer \ Data Engineer with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in developing data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using DBT, Python etc.
Excellent hands-on SQL skills.
Proven track record in defining, managing, and delivering BI projects
Self-driven, motivated, independent, yet communicative and collaborative with strong analytical skills.
Experience with Snowflake
BA / BSc in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering or equivalent academic knowledge
5+ years of experience as a BI Developer \ Data Engineer with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
