We're looking for a dedicated BI Analyst to join our office in Tel Aviv and play a key role in our success.
As part of this role you will:
Lead end-to-end analysis of business processes and operational performance and support rapid growth opportunities.
Partner with product managers to develop a superior experience for our consumers.
Provide meaningful insights, recommendations, and conclusions through reports and presentations of analysis for management.
Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify patterns or trends from multiple data sources.
Create BI dashboards and data visualizations to make informed decisions.
Implement and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on BI analyst experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries across various databases.
Proven ability to create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc), using data visualization best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Team player with a ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common objectives
Knowledge of agricultural industry data is a plus – Advantage
Experience with Python. – Advantage
