Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a dedicated BI Analyst to join our office in Tel Aviv and play a key role in BeeHero’s success. As part of this role you will:
* Lead end-to-end analysis of business processes and operational performance and support rapid growth opportunities.
* Partner with product managers to develop a superior experience for our consumers.
* Provide meaningful insights, recommendations, and conclusions through reports and presentations of analysis for management.
* Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify patterns or trends from multiple data sources.
* Create BI dashboards and data visualizations to make informed decisions.
* Implement and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of hands-on BI analyst experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries across various databases.
* Proven ability to create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc), using data visualization best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Team player with a ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common objectives
* Knowledge of agricultural industry data is a plus – Advantage
* Experience with Python. – Advantage
