Requirements:
* At least 2 years of proven work experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or a similar operations role at a tech company or startup
* Excellent English, both verbal communication and writing skills
* Excellent MS Office knowledge
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, with problem-solving skills
* Discreet and independent professional
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Manage all administrative responsibilities in the office, including interaction with suppliers, managing office supplies, and anything related to office infrastructure maintenance, ensuring the office is well organized and optimally running.
Manage our external vendors (cleaning crew, delivery services, parking, etc.).
Support the accounting team with the preparation of invoices.
Manage payments, office expenses, reports, etc.
Provide administrative support to the CEO Team Leaders and employees' needs.
Play a vital role in planning and executing all the company's welfare activities as part of the HR team (Take care of employees' birthdays, birth holiday gifts. HH, holiday toasts, etc.)
Support the recruitment process (update the candidate report and schedule interviews.
Control of time tracking and production of reports.
