We are looking for an enthusiastic Backend Team Leader to join our R&D to help us shape the future of privacy, and take part in building exciting products! The team is made of all-rounders dedicated to building robust and scalable systems.
As a Backend Team Leader , you will begin managing a team of (2-3) very talented backend engineers, responsible from the orchestration of our cloud environment to implementing complex flows and logics that drive value to our customers, making our product unique and highly scalable.
Requirements:
Experienced (3+ years) leading 3+ backend engineers with continuous heavy hands-on record
Experienced (4+ years engineering) with cloud-native, high throughput & low latency systems using messaging frameworks like Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Google PubSub, etc.) and proven solid background in either C#/Go/Java/C++/Python
Independent, self-learner, and with a passion for continuous learning
Problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in resolving customer issues and technical challenges
Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless techs
Interested in ML-driven services, NoSQL databases (e.g. Couchbase) and Data warehouses (e.g. Google BigQuery)
Have bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) or relevant military background
