In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of talented developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering their growth and maximizing team productivity
Oversee the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new and existing projects
Implement and maintain development processes and methodologies
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations where appropriate
At least 2 years of experience as a Team/Tech-lead-Must!
4-5 years of experience in backend development with Python / Java / .Net / Node.js.
Experience with large and complex systems.
Experience in Agile methodology.
B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent an advantage.
