Responsibilities
Designing, planning, and executing the roadmap for the team while focusing on introducing new ways to improve the application performance
Participating and leading the design of complex features
Work closely with product managers to understand the business requirements
Collaborating with team members on technological and architectural topics
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer (Java Spring is an advantage)
Experience working with Relational and No-SQL databases (e.g. Datastore, MongoDB, etc)
Experience with designing and architecting large and scalable cloud-based applications
Experience working with Microservice architecture and event-based systems
Outstanding drive and communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills
