About the job: We are looking for a passionate Tax Intern to assist in operating the services of our Tax Refunds service and provide excellent customer service to our users. This position is full-time with a salary of 8,000 ILS / month + 1,000 ILS Cibus and includes all the perks of tech companies (a dog-friendly environment, hybrid home/office, etc).

Who You Are:
* Alumni of Tax Consulting course
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service
* Excellent communication skills in Hebrew
* Native-level English, fluent in both written and oral
* Highly tech-savvy, strong orientation in basic computer skills
* Well-organized with high attention to details
* Ability to work independently following established policies and regulations
* Team player with a proactive approach
