We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Growth Manager to help us expand our B2B market in Israel. At Neema, the B2B sector focuses on working with employers in construction, industry, agriculture and
various other fields that employ foreign workers, a significant segment of Neema's client base.
**It is a field position that requires travel throughout the country.**
Responsibilities:
Lead the sales process from initial customer meetings through commercial negotiations and contracting, to becoming an active customer.
Develop long-term customer relationships, while promoting retention and loyalty
Frontal sales in our locations across the country.
Promoting new products to existing customers.
Drive product adoption, share best practices, and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success.
Keeping track of sales metrics and targets.
Requirements:
Team player. Rockstar without the ego. Fast learner who works hard and gets S*** done.
At least 5 years of experience in a Field Sales position.
Experience in managing and owning the full sale cycle from lead to close.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
