This is a full-time and onsite (hybrid-remote) role at our Tel Aviv office.

Main responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3-4 automation engineers.
Provide coaching and mentoring on quality assurance best practices for the team members and colleagues, as well as train new team members
Drive the company's quality strategy with the evolution of the company and its highly technical product
Perform hands-on development for high scale QA automation
Define, create and maintain test plans for existing and new projects
Identify and provide feedback on gaps/anomalies in the requirements and products
Design, build, and maintain a robust and scalable automation framework and infrastructure
Ensure the automation infrastructure remains current, flexible, and designed to work within a continuous integration/deployment framework.
Participate in setting and communicating automation best practices, strategies, and processes.

What were looking for:
4+ years of hands-on experience in automation development (Selenium)
2+ years of experience managing a QA Automation team
A vast Knowledge of Automation methodologies and best practices
Experience in Agile development methodologies
A solid experience with CI/CD tools
A solid experience in developing Automation systems for high scale web systems
Experience with reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Experience with writing features and projects test plans
Experience with estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities
A Team player with excellent communication skills – a Must!
Strong technical skills with expertise in automation best practices and software design patterns.
Experience in SaaS web-based applications.
Proficient in English in both reading and writing.
