REQUIREMENTS
Support our teams across the company, including our Go to Market teams by advising on commercial issues and representing us in negotiations with clients, business partners, vendors and others.
Providing advice and assistance to business, Legal, Risk and Compliance partners in respect of the programmatic trading businesses.
Advising on new markets, new product and service development, and strategic business initiatives.
Advise, counsel, and educate internal clients and business units on global legal issues impacting payments, finance, derivatives, and/or prime brokerage as well as educate and inform for better compliance with policies, regulations, and laws
Working closely with business managers and control functions (CEO, Compliance, Sales, Marketing) to ensure understanding of our regulatory and contractual obligations.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal contracts and other documents.
Advising on settlement finality, netting and collateral enforceability issues.
Monitoring, interpreting and communicating on proposed regulations and their application to programmatic trading businesses.
Overseeing and managing the retention of outside counsel on business initiatives and other matters.
Maintaining an understanding of global regulatory issues impacting the business through engagement with others colleagues.
