The opportunity
This position is responsible for developing, analyzing, leading and executing capital expenditure for Teva SLC (large, strategic, other) with an end-to-end approach. This position will manage critical projects for the sites with a high exposure to global senior management starting from a strategic approach, conceptual design, equipment selection to a detail design, construction management in GMP environments as well as coordinating to all internal teams to drive the project to a successful completion on time, quality and cost.

Responsible for management and development of direct and indirect reports as applicable.
Responsible for collaborating with the Global Engineering team on creating specifications, managing design firms and local contractors, and permitting for new build construction and its utilities and systems.
Responsible for collaborating with the Global Engineering team on managing global equipment manufacturers, to build, commission, and validate manufacturing equipment.
Responsible for managing a project team (workstream leaders) on active project related tasks, purchase orders and budget management.
Responsible for developing strategies as needed in the areas of preventive maintenance, calibration, installation and operational qualification, change management and engineering by design.
Responsible for supporting other site initiatives and teams such as engineering, maintenance, health and safety, quality, etc.
Responsible for CAPEX ideation, initiation, justification, submission, close out and asset assignment with finance.
Responsible for completing training requirements and maintaining compliance with all assignments.
Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Work Instructions (WI) and Batch Record instructions.
Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned.
