Responsibilities
Provide guidance and direction to the art team, ensuring consistency and quality in all visual assets
Design new UI/UX assets and features for our games, creating sketches, mockups, wireframes, UI animations, and 2D UI assets.
Develop visual concepts and ideas.
Overlook a complete game production pipeline.
Working in an Agile environment and design methods while working with Product and R&D.
Lead rapid iterations and testing on a variety of concepts and features, from wireframes to fully designed compositions.
Review final products and ensure they are fun and pixel perfect.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in a senior creative role in the gaming industry – MUST
Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and what it takes to create a great player experience
Vast knowledge in all needed art disciplines (2D, UI/UX, animation, illustration)
Fluent English both verbal and written
You're versatile and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment where speed and innovation are key
