We are hiring | Full time senior Interior Designer/Architect
Job description:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design solutions that meet their goals
Manage projects from concept to completion, overseeing construction and collaborating with contractors and vendors.
Present design concepts to clients, including floor plans, renderings, and material selections.
Develop detailed project budgets and timelines and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Conduct site visits and communicate with construction teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly.
Collaborate with other designers and architects to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture
3+ years of experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proven concept design skills are mandatory.
Hospitality / public spaces/office proven experience
Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Rhino*, Adobe, and other design software
Navigate construction documentation & building codes
Must be a team player, but can work autonomously as well
