We're looking for an experienced and talented Application Security Team Leader to join our awesome growing Product Security department.
As a Team Leader you will work with several development groups across the company. You will lead a team of experienced researchers, guiding developers to build secure products, facing unique challenges of achieving high standards of security while keeping scale and performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of application security experts that are working closely with development teams to conduct among other design review, threat modeling, code review and dynamic testing.
Act as a subject matter expert for application security at all stages of the development lifecycle.
Lead integration of security into development processes in several R&D groups.
Work with talented R&D leaders and Architects.
Responsible for people's professional and personal growth & well being.
Responsible for teams deliveries.
Research and advocate for new security solutions and technologies.

5+ years of experience in the Application Security field.
2+ years of experience in management, at least 1+ of it directly managing a team.
Great, in depth understanding of application security concepts.
Hands-on experience in application security testing, code review, design review, threat modeling.
Great understanding of R&D process and software development lifecycle.
Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on translating technically complex issues into simple, easy to understand concepts.
5+ years of experience in the Application Security field.
2+ years of experience in management, at least 1+ of it directly managing a team.
