We are looking for an experienced API Product Manager to join our Product team and help us take our API and Data solutions to the next level!
As an API Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning, defining and prioritizing the development of our API product, data services solutions, and internal applications.
As part of your work, you will work closely with the different Product Manager in the team to understand the different requirements of our different clients, as well as work with different stakeholders from our business unit such as our Sales team and Professional Services teams, as the API and data solutions products are relevant to every customer in every vertical we serve.
What will you do?
Run the product roadmap, requirements and prioritize for the API, data services and internal applications
Understand the needs of our different customers from different product lines to come up with the best solutions
Collaborate with our Product, Customer Success, Professional Services and Sales teams to come up with new ideas that would add value to our clients
Be responsible for the API documentation, and work with our Technical Writer to make sure our API endpoints, use cases and value to the customers are well understood
Manage features through the design, development, QA and release process in close collaboration with the engineering and integration teams.
Create and implement KPIs to evaluate product and team success.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a product management role
Proven experience in managing an API product (as a Product Manager) a must
Experience in working across functional groups including marketing, sales, and client services
Strong technical orientation
Bachelors degree in engineering and/or scientific fields an advantage
Experience working with GraphQL based API an advantage.
