We are seeking an experienced and motivated Analytics Team Lead to join our dynamic team in LATAM. The Analytics team is responsible for the Product and Marketing analytics domains, driving data-driven insights that optimize our sports, casino, and customer experience (CX) offerings and shaping our marketing strategies for acquisition and retention and driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, enhance user experiences and optimize marketing campaigns effectively .

Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting processes.
Collaborate with marketing, development, and customer experience teams to align analytics efforts with broader business goals. Provide data-driven support for A/B testing, user segmentation, and customer journey analysis.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product analytics. Identify opportunities to enhance data collection methods and tools.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading people, demonstrating strong leadership and managerial skills.
Strong analytics skills for querying large, complex data sets (SQL, Python).
Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
Knowledge of sports and casino gaming concepts is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics).
