As the Analysis Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts, ensuring that their work provides actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Your role will involve overseeing the analysis of large datasets, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring that the insights generated by your team are aligned with the company’s business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, product managers, R&D teams, and business leaders, to ensure that analytical insights are effectively integrated into product development, operations, and strategic initiatives. ? Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, providing technical, methodological, and business guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality output and professional growth. ? Requirements:
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. ? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field. ? Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of data analysts, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights. ? Expertise in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. ? Strong understanding of data analytics methodologies, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques. ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. ? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
