We are looking for a hands-on, visionary Algorithms team lead (Planning) to head our Planning Algorithms group. This role combines algorithmic innovation, product leadership, and team management driving the next generation of our core planning technologies.
Qualifications Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in algorithm development and implementation.
Strong background in 3D computer graphics, robotics, multi-view geometry, computer vision, and deep learning.
Proficiency in C #, MATLAB, and Python within a Windows environment.
Solid software design skills and system -level thinking.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Advantage: Experience developing products for advanced manufacturing or industrial automation.
