* Be at the forefront of driving innovation in the field of computer vision and deep learning for personalized medicine.
* Lead a team of experts in the development of cutting-edge computer vision algorithms and deep learning models that harness the power of medical imaging to discover novel digital biomarkers and improve patient outcomes.
* Lead the analysis of large, complex datasets and lead the development of innovative solutions that utilize multiple data modalities, including tissue samples, genomics, and clinical data.
* Play a critical role in defining Nucleai's AI strategy in the field of computer vision and deep learning, ensuring that the team's research aligns with the company's goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Establish and maintain partnerships with medical institutions and academia.
* Collaborate with medical institutions to integrate real-world evidence into impactful, evidence-based solutions.

* MSc/ preference to PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in machine learning and computer vision.
* 5+ years of experience in management positions.
* Deep technical knowledge in computer vision, deep learning, and supporting software and MLOps environments.
* Track record of prototyping and delivering production-level solutions to meet business and customer needs.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with research institutions and academia.
* High-quality publications – Is an advantage.
* Actively participating in open source projects and ML competitions (Kaggle) – Is an advantage.
