Key Responsibilities
Identify business needs and design fast, efficient AI-based technological solutions
Manage the implementation of existing AI-based solutions
Collaborate with subject matter experts to adapt the firms existing AI-based products
Work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders, including presenting solutions and providing training on tools.

Requirements:
Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem
Experience in building AI-based solutions (e.g., developing Agents)
Proven experience in AI and knowledge of leading tools and technologies (such as Microsoft Copilot 365)
Familiarity with leading platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform
Understanding of business processes and ability to bridge business needs with technological solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Creative thinking and real-time problem-solving skills
Advantage: Experience in AI within large organizations, preferably in Professional Services firms
Education
Industrial Engineering and Management / Software Engineering / Information Systems or related field.
