What youll do:
Lead the development of innovative AI-driven products that streamline content indexing and creation, while collaborating with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and backend engineers to build and scale solutions that serve internal and external stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams including R&D, product analysts, product designers, business development, account management, and operational teams, to ensure seamless product development, delivery, and deployment.
Conduct research and lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to explore emerging technologies in AI, keeping the company at the forefront of innovation in sports-tech.
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, write detailed product requirements, ensuring a clear vision from ideation to execution.
Optimize product performance through data-driven insights and continuous monitoring of key metrics. Design benchmarks and quality reports together with the data science and analytics teams.

Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on product management experience in AI-oriented platforms.
Deep understanding of AI/ML product lifecycles, from research and proof of concept to deployment and scaling, with experience in leading cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication skills to work closely with technical teams (ML engineers, backend developers) and non-technical teams (business development, account management) alike.
Both analytical and strategic mindset, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Experience managing complex product roadmaps and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Great interpersonal skills, a true team player with a can-do approach, great communication skills, and working in a super challenging and dynamic startup environment.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
