What Youll Do
Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate managers, setting clear goals and monitoring their execution.
Build and grow Affiliate partnerships with a strong focus on ROI and long-term value.
Identify and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and strategic traffic sources.
Analyze performance data and oversee optimizations across multiple campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, creative, tech) to ensure campaign success.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Affiliate marketing must have.
Proven team leadership or mentoring experience strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills you're a natural relationship-builder.
Assertive personality with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate others.
Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Strong analytical mindset confident in interpreting data and making strategic decisions.
Goal-driven, competitive, and thrives under pressure to deliver results.
Mobile app marketing experience a plus.
Proficiency in Affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, etc.).
