We are currently looking for an Affiliate Program manager to join our winning team. In this role, you will be a crucial driver in optimizing our marketing activities, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and helping usincrease our affiliate campaigns’ ROI.
Youll join our Marketing team based in our headquarters, Herzliya, Israel.
About The Role :
Affiliate Account Management: develop and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring mutual success.
Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics to measure campaigns’ effectiveness and continuously optimize deals /campaigns.
Actively search for – and acquire – new Affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to affiliate needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep us at the forefront of affiliate marketing
Effectively manage affiliates’ billing weekly/monthly.
Prepare performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities from our Affiliates.
Conduct regular audits of affiliate sites to ensure quality and respect for the guidelines.

Minimum 1-year of online affiliate management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can-do approach and ability to swiftly move from strategy planning to execution, and reiterate based on performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills allowing you to manage and grow relationships with affiliates in a highly competitive market.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and large data analysis.
Fluent English – Verbal and written (Must)
Knowledge of CRM software like HubSpot and Salesforce advantage
Experience working with Partnerstack advantage
B2B experience advantage
