Job Description:
Be responsible for various administrative tasks related to operations, logistics, facilities, travel and more.
Manage office supplies (procurement of technical equipment, groceries, etc.)
Coordinate business meetings, scheduling.
Support vendors' payment process.
Support HR processes, such as onboarding/ offboarding of employees.
Plan activities for employees (fun days, get-together, gifts, etc)

Minimum of One years experience in a similar role in a high-tech company.
Strong time management skills and multitasking ability.
Excellent interpersonal skills, good team player.
Strong organizational and planning skill.
Ability to work independently, be proactive, set priorities with problem- solving approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
fluent in both Hebrew (mother tongue) and English (fluent), German (preferred, not mandatory).
Excellent in MS office (excel, word).
