The Ad Ops Specialist will be responsible for managing integrations with Supply-Side Platforms and Demand-Side Platforms within the OTT video advertising ecosystem.
This critical role involves ensuring seamless connections and efficient data flow between various platforms to optimize video advertising campaigns. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure successful integration and maximize revenue opportunities.
Lead end-to-end integration projects with SSPs and DSPs to establish connectivity and data exchange.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flow and troubleshoot integration issues.
Collaborate with external partners to gather integration requirements and implement necessary changes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, protocols, and emerging technologies related to SSPs and DSPs.
Platform Configuration:
Configure and customize SSP and DSP settings to align with business objectives and campaign requirements.
Implement tracking mechanisms and ensure accurate reporting of performance metrics.
Optimize platform configurations to improve targeting capabilities, ad delivery, and overall campaign performance.
Testing and Quality Assurance :
Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate integration and functionality.
Conduct thorough testing of ad creatives, tracking tags, and third-party ad verification tools.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to ad serving, data discrepancies, and platform performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and ad quality guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Product Development, to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Liaise with external partners, such as SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges, to establish and maintain strong working relationships.

Requirements:
BA/BSc degree in a relevant field – an advantage
Proven experience in ad tech within the OTT and CTV video advertising domain.
In-depth knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic advertising ecosystems.
Familiarity with industry protocols and standards such as VAST, OpenRTB, Prebid and other protocols.
Knowledge with PHP, JavaScript and APIs- an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, Proven data analysis skills & Excel command.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality integrations and exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
